Our clients and staffs safety is a priority for us. That’s why we have some simple but effective procedures in place to limit risk to both yourself and us.
Masks will be worn at all times before entering and when in clients homes.
We will sanitise our hands before entering your property and after we leave.
All leads, toys, dog bowls etc will be sanitised after use with a dog safe disinfectant
If any of our staff show symptoms we will postpone any walks or visits until it is safe to continue (in line with the NHS recommendations) – refunds will be given in these cases
We ask that if any member of your household is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms that you make us aware, and again walks or visits will be postponed until safe to resume.
